Your right of withdrawal, and how refunds are handled
Who You Are Buying From
Purchases of Ensemblo products are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Lemon Squeezy, not Ensemblo, is your contracting party for the purchase and is legally responsible for the checkout, payment, and the right of withdrawal described below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Lemon Squeezy of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory. You may also send your withdrawal notice to Ensemblo at hello@ensemblo.store; we will forward it to Lemon Squeezy without delay and confirm receipt to you.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal is received. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
Immediate Access to Digital Content
Every Ensemblo kit is delivered as an instant PDF download right after checkout. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to performance of the contract beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that this consent causes your right of withdrawal to lapse once the download has started (§ 356(6) German Civil Code, implementing Art. 16(1)(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

How Refunds Are Handled in Practice
Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy through your order in their customer portal or by contacting Lemon Squeezy support directly. If you contact Ensemblo instead, we will pass your request to Lemon Squeezy immediately and confirm that we have done so.
